1956 Continental Mark II

Not a very common car the 1956 Continental Mark II was a very luxurious and very expensive car. The Mark II was only built for 2 years and came with power steering, power brakes, power seat, power windows, vacuum controlled antenna, cruise control, leather interior and optional front and rear air conditioning, they sold new for nearly $10,000.00 as compared to a 1956 Chevy Bel Air that could be purchased for $2,500.00. The engine is a 368 Lincoln V8 with 285 hp and 402 lb of torque which was needed to move this 5,100 pound car. This came to us with pealing paint and a rather wavy body. We disassembled and stripped it down to metal, fixed any damage found and repainted it the original white.
